SUMMARY

The qualified candidate will perform a variety of customer service duties in conjunction with coaching and supporting all CSR agents within the department. The individual must be highly organized, multi-tasker, have strong leadership skills, be available to work a flexible schedule, understand a sense of urgency and the importance of prioritization to effectively maintain sales & shipping.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • CSR lead works in partnership with supervising dept manager to disseminate workload among agents

  • Coordinates staffing to maintain floor coverage and handling of Call Center

  • Manages productivity of agents to ensure business needs are being met to process & ship orders timely

  • Monitors call center Via Mitel to assess – call volume, agent activity & productivity

  • CSR Lead is main contact to guide & manage agents w/ daily tasks, supporting agent w/ issues- coaching employee how to tackle , manage, and resolve future

  • CSR Lead will work with sales managers to assist in any program rollouts required of division after approvals. Working internally at Pei to set up and rollout with MIS, sales, and the agents

  • CSR lead partners up with manager to handle annual employee appraisals

SKILLS:

  • Candidate should have excellent verbal and written skills

  • Will require working knowledge of Google (for business management in addition to Gmail)

  • Knowledge Microsoft Office applications a plus (Excel/ Word/PPT)

  • Must work well in a fast paced environment

  • Be a problem solver

  • Must interact effectively with CSRs, sales, outside customers and our sales force

REQUIREMENTS:

  • AA or BA preferred to have a better level of candidate that is comfortable w/ a professional environment showing drive ,ambition, and commitment level
