Customer Handover Specialist

Chiswick Honda’s successful sales team are looking for a Customer Handover Specialist.

Our Customer Handover Specialists are an integral part of our business, as such the willingness to go that extra mile for our customers is a must.

You will guarantee all sold vehicles are prepared to the highest possible standards prior to delivery, to our customers. Vehicles checks will be completed, and the appropriate handover paperwork has been completed. All details must be checked, and the paperwork must have been signed off by the relevant line manager.

Location:
Chiswick Honda, 4 Power Road, Chiswick London W4 5YT
Hours: 45.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday on a rota basis
Salary: OTE £26,000 to £32,000 per annum (salary relevant to experience)

What you can expect from the role:

  • Liaise with the Sales Team, diarising which vehicles will need to be prepared for delivery
  • Check all details on the handover paperwork are correct and have been signed off by the relevant Sales Manager, notifying them of any discrepancies immediately
  • Ensure the vehicles tidiness, cleanliness and security are maintained at all times, ensuring Company and Franchise polices and standards are adhered to at all times
  • Maintain processes so the delivery of all vehicles, operates efficiently and to the highest possible standards
  • To check and inspect outgoing vehicles and complete appropriate paperwork, by following documented procedures
  • Comprehensive training will be provided, if required

What we need from you:

  • Full UK Driving licence is essential
  • Experience of working in a similar position would be an advantage, although not essential as full training will be provided
  • Strong Organiser and the ability to follow strict processes
  • Flexible to ensure the needs of the business are met at all times
  • Be diligent within your approach to the role, with a high level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail
  • Outstanding communication skills both in person and on the telephone
  • Proficient IT skills Inc. Microsoft Office
  • Punctual, with excellent time management, to ensure customer lead timescales are met
  • Willingness to help others
  • Honest, trustworthy and reliable
  • Clean, smart and presentable

Salary
OTE £26,000 to £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours
45.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday on a rota basis
