Immediate opening for a Customer Service Clerk in a Logistics Environment in Long Beach, CA who possesses:

Customer Service in Logistics with great phone etiquette
Process orders
Schedule Pick-ups
Computer skills with good data entry

TalentZok specializes in recruiting professional talent. We are currently seeking a Customer Satisfaction Specialist for a leading and growing firm.

The Entry Level Customer Service Clerk will complete and print out all paperwork for each load daily, will answer phones and log all orders, other duties as assigned.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

Customer Service - 2 yrs. (Logistics a big +)
Completing and printing paperwork for each load that ships out
Data Entry
Answer phones and log orders
Scheduling Pick-ups
The qualified Customer Service Coordinator will possess the following:
Effective communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively
Computer knowledge
Experience in trucking and Logistics is a plus

Hourly Wage Range - $17 - $20 hr.
