At Barron, our Customer Service Team will:
  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls
  • Schedule & dispatch customer maintenance & sales appointments, repairs & installations
  • Effectively manage technician routing to minimize travel time
  • Communicate and support technicians with scheduling and customer jobs
  • Coordinate permits and inspections
  • Provide a world-class customer experience
  • Educate customers on opportunities to enhance their quality of life through whole home performance
  • Be empowered to help concerned customers resolve customer service challenges with win-win solutions

Required Experience & Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years work experience
  • High computer literacy
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Pre-employment drug screening
Compensation:
  • Full-Time
  • Hourly, $20.00-$22.00, DOE
  • Overtime pay
  • Annual cost-of-living adjustments
