Customer Service
Job description
Customer Service Representatives are responsible to answer incoming calls from customers, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information. Identify and escalate priority issues, follow up with customer calls where necessary, complete call logs. Process payments, process billing.
Education and Experience
high school diploma or equivalent
proficient in relevant computer applications
knowledge of customer service principles and practices and de-escalation
knowledge of call center telephony and technology
some experience in a call center or customer service environment
good data entry and typing skills
knowledge of administration and clerical processes

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
