Looking for an energetic multitasker and hardworking new team member that will communicate directly with patients in a fast pace optometric practice. We are hiring a RECEPTIONIST/CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE. This position requires amazing phone skills and great disposition. You will be answering phones, returning voice mails and responding to texts, emails, and related patient inquiries. Must have worked in an Office Environment. Cashiering Experience necessary. No past optometry experience required. Experience in a similar environment would be beneficial. Training will be provided for the right individual. We are looking for a SMILING face that will work great in a team environment. Excellent attendance record mandatory and ability to work early evenings and Saturdays required.
