Job Summary

We are looking for one or two detail-oriented, motivated and friendly part-time associates to provide world-class customer service to our customers. Our focus is on maintaining a personal, professional environment. This position is also perfect for retired or semi- retired individuals!

Qualifications:

-- Should be able to work a varied, flexible schedule including early evenings and some Saturdays. We work to accommodate your schedule as we are able. Just let us know what works best for you and we will do our best.

-- Ability to multi-task in a retail environment

-- Outgoing individual with excellent customer service skills

-- Computer literate- Typing accuracy and speed is important. We will train you on the use of copiers, fax machine, laminating machine, etc. Trust me, if Steve (the General Manager) can do it, you can do it. HaHa

-- Reliable and dependable

-- Strong interest and willingness to learn

-- Must be professional, punctual, dependable, resourceful, flexible, enthusiastic, and a team player

Other responsibilities include: packaging and shipping for customers, sorting mail, ringing up sales, copying, document printing, faxing, scanning & emailing for customers, binding, laminating, stocking, store cleanup, and other tasks as needed. Training will be provided. Increased responsibilities and career advancement are achievable with proven performance.
