Seeking an Honest, Hard Working, Trustworthy, Dedicated and Committed Individual to join our Customer Service Team. As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You will ensure a world class Customer Service and Sales experience as you provide quotes, verify account information, explain our specials, upsell and answer questions about our products and services.

Looking for an Enthusiastic Customer Service Representative with a Positive Attitude, Problem Solving Skills and Excellent Attendance. Our Customer Service Team is a phone and computer based department. Being able to professionally communicate through both is a requirement.

Job Responsibilities

Recommend and sell Natural Sea Salt Health Care Products according to customers needs for natural healing products by asking open ended and probing questions...our products are guaranteed. Enter orders and run credit cards Prepare and accurately complete all required paperwork Follow-up with customers with totals and to ensure satisfaction Proactively resolve customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues Existing customer calls monthly Will participate in other sales, marketing and networking activities in addition to receive Bonuses

Job Requirements

We seek candidates with a commitment to excellent customer service and exceeding expectations. As a customer service representative, you should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Making outbound phone calls daily is a priority and building relationships with our valued accounts.

Hours - 9:30am to 6:00pm (M-F), FULL-TIME

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
