The Role
**
There has never been a more exciting time to join our Customer Services Team, we’ve introduced a new role to help us listen to our customers and learn from what they are telling us. As a Customer Services Assistant, you will have a varied role, providing administrative support to the Customer Services Team:

• Assisting with the effective delivery of Your Comments Count Policy
• Minuting meeting and events
• Providing answers to basic customer telephone and social media enquiries

About You

We’re looking for an organised person, who has to ability to prioritise workloads ensuring tight deadlines and targets are met. You will have effective administrative skills, with the able to produce clear and concise information. You will also need to have 4 GCSEs grade A-C or equivalent.
