This role

What you'll need to succeed


  • Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering great customer service
  • Hold the customer at the heart of what you do
  • The ability to collaborate well with internal departments to enhance our customers experience and customer journey
  • A great communicator with a strong experience of working in a demanding customer facing environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and good writing skills.
  • Strong organisational and administration skills – ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Commercially minded and service driven
