Webhelp is seeking a collaborative and enthusiastic part-time Customer Service Advisor to join our inclusive and friendly team in Dearne Valley to work on an exciting new digital brand. We understand the need for flexibility, this Customer Service Advisor role has the option of working the following flexible shifts:

• Weekdays: 10am – 2pm or 4pm – 8pm
• Weekends only

As a flexible Customer Service Advisor, you will work within the Customer Experience team and have an absolute passion for customers. You will also be professional, helpful and supportive to ensure we exceed our customers' expectations at every opportunity. We recognise the importance of flexibility, so please do tell us what working hours suit your circumstances. You will also have the option of hybrid working after 12 weeks.

To succeed in this Customer Service Advisor role, you will need experience in a similar customer service position and outstanding customer engagement and communication skills. You will also need an eye for detail and the ability to guide a customer through the entirety of their issue to ensure a smooth resolution. Additional requirements include:

• An excellent problem-solving and solution-focused approach with a “can-do” attitude
• Organised and structured to be able to plan the working day and reprioritise when needed
• Adaptable team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, ever-changing environment
