What you will be doing…
No two days are the same here at Torrent Trackside. As a Customer Service Administrator you will be arranging for plant hire equipment to be delivered to our UK rail network sites, dealing with everything from order to delivery and everything in between. In the main the role is managing incoming email requests from our customers, managing time critical transactions that require attention to detail and speed of action.
