Responsibilities:
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Customer Account Rep. Sample Coordinator will process sample orders, by pulling items from inventory, labeling product, packaging and shipping.
Job Description:
- Supports the company by ensuring accurate and timely handling of customer piece sample orders, inquiries and concerns are met daily.
- Orders are reviewed for lead-time, product availability and conformance to order policies.
- Maintain adequate inventory of assigned product lines to insure timely and complete delivery of all sample requests for the Sales and Marketing Team.
- Provide an ongoing view of service satisfaction and changing customer requirements by collecting and reporting data on key account relationships to the Sales and Marketing organization.
Qualifications:
- SAP experience a plus.
- Candidate must have excellent communication skills and computer skills; must be able to type 40 wpm.
- The ability to multitask & prioritize problems.
Education and/or Experience:
- High School diploma and significant customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills / Supportive Objectives:
- Strong team behaviors.
- The ability to make sound business decisions in a timely manner with minimum supervision.
