Description & Requirements
The primary responsibility of the Customer Sales Manager (CSM) is to drive growth for Kraft Heinz and Amazon on a specific portfolio of business (Coffee- Shelf Stable Meals- Frozen Foods). The CSM will work with the Marketing and BU Sales counterparts and the customer- Amazon. The CSM will provide business insights and recommendations through data analysis and adapting national brand strategies. The CSM supports the identification and exploration of new and existing business opportunities and executes recommendations with the customer. This role supports both Amazon.com as well as Amazon Fresh (stores and ship to home) and will support the Sales Leads of those businesses.
Primary Responsibilities
Adapts national strategies and priorities from the Business Unit to drive growth of the product portfolio on Amazon.com and Amazon Fresh
Analyzes raw and syndicated data leading to key insights and business recommendations on the key sales metrics of distribution- assortment- pricing- and promotion.
Educates the organization on Amazon and broader eCommerce business practices and develops test-and-learns to advance eCommerce business practices for Kraft Heinz
Identifies information needs and reporting priorities consistent with the customer business team’s goals and objectives.
Develops clear and concise presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
Collaborates across total customer business team to forecast the business and track performance to forecast
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 3 years work experience- 2 years of which spent in category management and/or eCommerce role
Ability to manipulate and analyze complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills. Comfortable leading conversations and pitching ideas with internal and external stakeholders
Team player that can effectively collaborate with cross-functional partners
Effectively manage a P&L
Can plan- prioritize- and execute on an array of projects across multiple timelines
Exceptional excel knowledge and experience working with models
Experience presenting and interfacing with customers
Ability to craft category stories and influence relevant stakeholders
Intellectual Curiosity: proactively seek feedback- develop and test hypotheses from data- explore opportunities beyond given projects
Ownership: takes responsibility over the business- enjoys decision-making and owns outcomes
Humility: seek first to understand- and then to be understood. Assume the best in our teams and partners- pursue understanding others’ perspectives- be open to new tasks when ‘all hands on deck’ needed
