What is the purpose of this Job?

The purpose of this position is to consult with customers via telephone, email, or online chat, in order to provide information about products, services, and resolving any customer related issues. This person must be able to handle many phone calls and emails regarding customer issues so a strong and courteous multi-tasking skill set is a must.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming customer queries, providing detailed information on products and services on a multi-line phone system.
• Using a computerized scheduling system, set and dispatch appointments for new and returning customers in multiple markets.
• Assisting in training other team members.
• Ensuring customers have a positive experience.
• Developing strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
• Responding to issues such as service inquiries, problem resolution, and retaining accounts via email.
• Handling customer escalations and all customer relation issues
• Ensure all appointments are scheduled evenly and within technician’s service areas.
• Assist call center with scheduling issues and inquiries.
• Assist Technicians with follow up appointments for customers and any scheduling issues.

Requirements

• Proficient computer skills in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Must have a positive attitude and positive interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with resourceful initiative and a strong desire to learn.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making skills with strong initiative
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Leading and motivating.
• Can work well under pressure.
• De-escalation methods.
• Strong ability to resolve conflict.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, in a positive, professional and effective manner.
• Successful candidates will have a high attention to detail and are willing to go above and beyond to ensure that customers and clients receive the highest level of customer service.

*Please note the training schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM*

***Weekend availability required once training is complete***
