Cunex Inc. is one of the TOP freight delivery companies in the Northeast.

We are looking for Customer Experience Specialist to assist us with managing our misdelivered packages. There is room to grow based on performance.

Description of Role:

Our Drivers will ensure the timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes. Not often, but sometimes these packages are misdelivered. Your Role would be to document and locate these missing packages to ensure they are retrieved and delivered to the customer.

Tasks:

• Creating and updating spreadsheets.
• Tracking Vehicle Locations
• Monitoring & Coaching Drivers.
• Communicating with Customers.
• Utilizing a multiple computer system.

Skills and Requirements:

• Experince with Gsuite & iMac.
• Experince with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Must Possess a Positive and Professional Attitude

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:30AM -5:30PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
