Location: The role is based as a working from home but will be expected to include easy and quick access to our hospitals at Ashford, Canterbury, and Margate on a small number of occasions as needed and directed.

Salary: £19,600-£20,600 per annum dependent upon experience and qualifications

Spencer Private Hospitals are looking to recruit two friendly, welcoming, and enthusiastic Customer Experience Officers to join a motivated administration team that delivers outstanding customer service to a variety of self-pay, private medical insured, and NHS patients.

The Customer Experience department supports several consultants in different specialty fields across all three of our hospitals to provide an easy and seamless booking service for all types of patients appointments which will include outpatient, pre-assessment, and inpatient bookings.

Enhancements of 30% will be paid for any Saturday working shift

The role is based as a working from home but will be expected to include easy and quick access to our hospitals at Ashford, Canterbury, and Margate on a small number of occasions as needed and directed.

Please note you must have sufficient broadband speed to be able to work from home.

Full Time Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Over a 6-day working pattern - Monday to Saturday) Part time hours will be considered for this role.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Maths and English (GCSE or equivalent) Grade C or above.
  • Proven experience in an administration environment
  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Team Player
  • Self-Motivated
  • Organised/Methodical
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills including excellent telephone manner
  • Flexible to the needs of the business
