The Custodian Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $15.50 and $22.50.

Responsibilities

• Primary Custodial responsibilities include, cleaning floors by sweeping, mopping or vacuuming.
• Clean windows/mirrors, Remove waste and empty trash
• Clean and supply restrooms and offices
• Replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies and organize janitorial storage areas
• Primary Lot Porter responsibilities includes keeping new- and used-vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards
• Drives vehicles to and from service and sales, and parking lot as needed
• Manage key tags for vehicles and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be flexible for weekend and evening shifts.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle and park many types of vehicles sometimes in tight spaces.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Positive attitude
• Clear driving record
• Background and Drug Test required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.50 per hour
