About The Job:
Performs a number of standard cleaning as well as specialized tasks in the maintenance of floors, carpets, walls, ceilings, windows, furniture, and lights/vents. Requires operation of various types of floor care equipment.
What We Are Looking For:
Education:
High School graduate or equivalent preferred
Experience:
One to two years’ previous custodial experience preferred and some knowledge of custodial equipment and usage.
Special Skills and Competencies:
Must be able to plan and organize work and be alert to safety hazards.
Must possess customer service skills related to interactions with both internal and external customers.
