The Alaka’ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is has a potential need for a Curriculum Developer to support a Government customer on their Curriculum Development program. Support is needed onsite out of Fort Bragg, NC.

TASKS MAY INCLUDE:

  • Course Curriculum Updates
  • Front End Analysis (FEA)
  • Equipment/Software Inventory, Updates, and Upgrades
  • Curriculum Development
  • Curriculum Delivery
  • Pilot Course Support
  • Network Operations Instructor Certification Plan
  • SME Curriculum Development: air domain, maritime domain, ground domain, cyber domain, space domain, communications, intel/BMD enterprise, and instructional system design.
  • Course Execution
  • Recording of Training
  • Progress Reports

REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

  • Master’s degree in a field related to teaching methodology or business training development with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, or
  • Bachelor’s degree in a field related to teaching methodology or business training development with a minimum of 6 years’ experience; or
  • No degree with at more than 10 years warfighting operational experience

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • At least five years’ related experience in instructional development as well as thorough knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in technology-based training and use and application of off-the-shelf tools and associated equipment and systems.
  • At least five year’s demonstrated experience developing training requirements
  • At least five years’ of adult learning training development

CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a US citizen.
  • Must have an active secret security clearance.
