Job description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervises food preparation and service and maintains standards of operation.
- Oversees maintenance of records: meal selection, menus, diet census, diets served and weekly staffing.
- Responsible for providing and supervising high quality food service to patients as well as evaluating departmental goals and objectives to assure compliance with appropriate regulations.
Prerequisites:
- High School degree required; additional education in culinary a plus.
- Serve Safe Certification required.
- 4+ years supervisory/management experience in culinary environment; healthcare setting experience a plus.
- CDM required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.40 - $34.10 per hour
