We are looking for a motivated person with great customer service skills and a willingness to learn.

Our company is seeking a Service Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the customer service aspect of the HVAC industry, and also be responsible for dispatching technicians to customer locations. A successful candidate will also be familiar with company policies, willing to deal with occasional confrontation, and willing to learn our company systems.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Contact and coordinate with customers to schedule appointments
• Provide information about services offered
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Document and update relevant company records and inventory
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving services and offers

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• 3-5 years previous experience in HVAC and Refrigeration offices
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a desire to exceed customer expectations
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to learn new management software utilized in day to day operations
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
