Job description
The primary responsibility of this position is to guide and mentor the crusher maintenance team to improve maintenance procedures and repair efficiency in order to maximize company production goals.
Requirements:
- Experience performing repairs in a crushing plant (Conveyors, jaw, cone, screens, etc.)
- 3-5 years of experience leading a maintenance crew
- Ability to prioritize maintenance tasks
- Comfortable working outdoors (in extreme Las Vegas weather conditions)
- Must have strong equipment and industry knowledge
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
