Crocs is looking for an experienced Director of Executive Search. In this role you will have primary responsibility for leadership and executive recruitment across the Crocs and HeyDude brands. This role will lead Exec search strategy, partnerships, negotiation, and overall candidate care.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide executive search and selection capability at the Sr. Director and VP level across the Crocs and HeyDude brands. You'll lead all sourcing, screening, assessment, relationship management, recruiting, and hiring of executive level talent from the external market.

Advise leadership teams on external market factors and provide diversified solutions for talent acquisition and succession planning. Provide regular comprehensive overviews of the external market to executives and business leaders. Develop and cultivate leadership talent pipelines across all lanes of business.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Deep knowledge and experience in sourcing and hiring Sr. Dir and VP level talent.
  • Strong discernment and ability to assess leadership skills across the Crocs / HeyDude enterprise.
  • Demonstrable experience in researching and mapping the talent landscape as well as identifying, assessing, and building trust-based relationships with Sr. level talent.
  • Primary source of recruitment knowledge on trends impacting the footwear and fashion industry.
  • Expert knowledge of market compensation trends; advising hiring managers and HR leaders on offer proposals, including complex compensation structures, relocation, and negotiating compensation packages at senior levels throughout the organization.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to balance multiple complex searches concurrently.
  • Ability to develop deep pipelines of diverse and dedicated leaders for future needs.
  • Strong executive presence with credibility. Will be an executive brand ambassador and culture champion for the Crocs / HeyDude brands.
