Southeast Industrial Equipment, Inc., one of the nation's largest Toyota™ forklift dealers, is seeking a CRM System Administrator.
Essential job functions:
  • Lead the organization as the champion of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system continuously assessing for system growth, evolution, and ease of use across all devices to further sales and marketing goals.
  • Champion and maintain data integrity, cleanliness, enhancements, and integrations for both SIE and TMH CRMs in order to grow our dealer performance on data health.
  • Provide continuous creation, support, and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to train and advise all end users.
  • Establish effective working relationship with users to understand pain points, usage patterns and desired functionality.
  • Create and maintain user administrative guides and video training resources in our asset library.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to assess system requests, implementation, and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage user permissions and security roles during onboarding and throughout the tenure of each user.
  • Maintain territories, rep assignments, and teams for the entire organization for accurate access and permissions.
  • Maintain appropriate account access for reps within a 24 hour time frame.
  • Create, modify, and maintain system customizations, ongoing maintenance, integrations, and configurations; dashboards, push reports, visualizations, etc. to streamline the system for the organization.
  • Participate and lead in design of new features with key business users, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the system and seeing projects through to fruition.
  • Routine deadlines; usually sufficient lead time; variance in work volume seasonal and predictable; priorities can be anticipated; some interruptions are present.

Qualifications/Skills:


  • Excellent oral and written communication and ability to articulate to all project members and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM for sales concepts a plus.
