Department Overview

The Credit Management Associate Manager is responsible for managing a team of Credit Management Associates and Supervisors in accordance with Bank policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements. The Credit Management Associate Manager ensures consistent training, advice and guidance to staff members on practices and procedures, participates in development and management of unit budget and is a resource for Lending, Credit Management, and operations to identify training and opportunities for improvement. The Credit Management Associate. Manager participates in projects with other departments to introduce new procedures, improve processes and foster superior Customer service for commercial loan Customers. The job ensures that processes are conducted efficiently and timely and according to established policies and procedures and legal and regulatory guidelines along with service level agreements. The Credit Management Associate Manager is primarily responsible for managerial decisions in the daily operations of workflow, staff support, training & mentoring, performance appraisals, and complex problem resolution.

The Credit Administration Manager is responsible for managing a team of Credit Administration Specialists in accordance with Bank policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements. The Credit Administration Manager ensures consistent training, advice and guidance to staff members on practices and procedures, participates in development and management of unit budget and is a resource for Lending, Credit Management, and operations to identify training and opportunities for improvement. The Credit Administration Manager participates in projects with other departments to introduce new procedures, improve processes and foster superior Customer service for commercial loan Customers. The job ensures that processes are conducted efficiently and timely and according to established policies and procedures and legal and regulatory guidelines along with service level
agreements. The Credit Administration Manager is primarily responsible for

Requirements

  • Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.

Qualifications

  • 4 year degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years related experience required
  • Previous management experience
  • Strong commercial loan originations experience
  • Demonstrates communications skills
  • Strong knowledge of Company commercial information systems
  • Highly motivated and demonstrates ability to work independently
  • Demonstrates knowledge of loan closing i.e. legal documentation, funding, and boarding process
  • Knowledge and understanding of bank operations, department policies, procedures, products, services, systems and applications
  • Demonstrates ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Highly motivated and demonstrated ability to work independently
