Sequel Electrical Supply is a leading supplier of electrical equipment to the construction industry with locations across Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Florida.
Our company is seeking a highly skilled Credit Administrator to join our Credit management team. The preferred candidate will have a background in Accounts Receivable and Credit department functions along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a busy, fast paced environment, prioritize important tasks and possess a proven ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Positive individuals with excellent customer service and business skills from within the construction or building trades industries could be a good candidate for this position. Any candidate with experience working in Epicor Solar Eclipse and/or Levelset for Lien Notices, Releases and Waivers would be ideal for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Customer account setup and maintenance
- Administration of obtaining Credit References for new and existing accounts
- Review customer's A/R balances and payment history
- Consult with Credit Manager regarding delinquencies and payment issues
- Provide administrative and collection support to managers within Sequel
- Telephone and e-mail contact with past due customers to resolve delinquencies
- Maintain professional business relationships with customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
