Cascade Community Healthcare (CCH) has been providing treatment services to Lewis County and surrounding areas for more than 50 years. Our mission is to provide our clients with compassionate and encouraging counseling leading to a renewed sense of hope and the ability to make positive changes and live more satisfying lives. Cascade currently has six treatment locations in Lewis County.


We are looking for a Credentialing Coordinator to join our Human Resources team! The Credentialing and Compliance Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of credentialing and recredentialing, and assure processes are in accordance with accreditation standards. This position will also audit human resources files for state, federal, contract, and/or grant compliance.


Starting November 1, 2022 Cascade Community Healthcare will not require the COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment.


SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

This position will normally require that the employee work a standard, Monday through Friday forty (40) hour work week. This position is classified as being "non-exempt" according to the Fair Labor Standards Act. This position is not remote, it is on-site.


PAY SCALE:

$18.50 - $26.95 DOE


WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE:

  • Two years of provider credentialing and/or experience in the healthcare industry is required.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or another relevant field is preferred.
  • Must be able to pass WA State Patrol background check. A national background check may be required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be able to represent the Agency in a positive and professional manner.
  • Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of HR, and in group presentations and meetings.
  • Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information.
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.
  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
  • Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Responsible for credentialing and re-credentialing for all direct service providers employed or contracted with the agency.
  • Maintains copies of licensure, certificates, and other documents necessary for the enrollment process, and conducts verification of all data, ensuring accuracy and timely entry of information.
  • Work with health plans to complete rosters, provider documents, audits, and respond to internal inquiries.
  • Terminates with the health plans all providers terminating their employment based on the health plans individual requirements.
  • Conduct ongoing audits of credentialing and personnel records to ensure that all required documents and the most accurate information are on file.
  • Adheres to deadlines and enrollment schedules by tracking files through all stages
  • Communicates with employees and payers via email, phone, and mail.
  • Maintains accuracy and integrity of records and databases.
  • Ensures interpretation and compliance with the appropriate credentialing regulations.
  • Participates in other activities HR activities and events.
  • Other duties related to the support of the Human Resources Department as assigned

  • Medical benefits will be effective the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Must be at least a 0.75 FTE (30 hours/week) to be eligible for medical benefits. Must be at least a 0.5 FTE (20 hours per week) to be eligible for dental, vision, Teladoc, and Life and AD&D.
