This position allows for remote work and may require travel for business meetings.

The Credentialing Business Partner - Integrations will report to the Director of Payer Relations and be a member of Ivy’s leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Mergers & Acquisitions from due diligence through integrations including, but not limited to, review of processes and payers, strategy development, and provider enrollment. The Credentialing Business Partner for Integrations will work in partnership with Ivy’s clinic operations teams, integrations teams, and other revenue cycle teams to integrate new partners into the Ivy organization until handoff to according Credentialing Business Partner region and team.

Essential Skills, Experience and Education:

• At least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Highly motivated and success-driven with the ability to implement and manage cross-functional projects.
• At least 3 years of provider enrollment experience within a medical group/ hospital and/or managed care environment.
• Ideal candidate must be highly self-motivated with a proven expertise in the provider enrollment environment.
• Strong organizational and excellent follow-up skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with a variety of people (physicians and medical staff offices).
• Provides highest level of customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation and client interaction skills.
• Works closely with providers (or clients) to obtain missing documentation.
• Follow-up and follow-through on all submitted applications.
• Works independently and as a team solve complex problems.
• Adapt well in a changing environment.
• Ability to multi-task and develop positive working relationships with our clients and their internal team, as well as management.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, between normal business hours of 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm given the nature of our business.
• Ability to adhere to all company standards, policies and workflow requirements including the use of our systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in payor enrollment credentialing software systems (similar to CredentialStream, Intellicred, Echo, Cactus, etc.)
• Ability to work remotely from a home office
