Optimum Care Hospitalist Group manages acute and post-acute care healthcare facilities. We have complete revenue cycle team that manages the physicians RCM process including credentialing, billing, coding, patient insurance verification and payment collections RCM manager will manage the revenue cycle department and will report to practice manager and CEO. Manager should be responsible for managing all activities within the revenue cycle management for the company. Responsibilities also include implementing and maintaining an efficient workflow within the practices as well as ensure that all employees within the department have received the proper level of training to complete their daily tasks including cross training in other departments to ensure the highest level of accuracy and efficiency. Some other functions include Identifying opportunities within RCM, streamlining processes to maintain the accuracy of RCM process.
Oversee credentialing and re-credentialing of all the providers on timely basis.
To create and implement metrics for the productivity and quality
Ensure adherence to the compliance of government , payers and internal regulatory policies.
Monitor KPI of each team member of the RCM team.
Conduct routine audits to ensure accuracy of the billing and also quality of the work.
Work with the management team of the company to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in business, health management or certified practitioner credentialing specialist (CPCS) or related
3 to 5 years experience in credentialing and understanding of complete RCM process with 1-2 years management experience.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiency and accurately.
Excellent attention to detail and nigh degree of accuracy
Strong managerial and business skills in a coperate setting.
