Fern Expo is searching for a talented and experienced customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Creative Services Designer. What you will be doing:

• Ensuring designs maintain brand consistency and meet organizational standards and expectations.
• Support the creation of a wide variety of branded materials and design assets intended for internal and external resources.
• Identify and leverage best design practices.
• Updating ticket tracking in our internal task system, as well as remaining in contact with the team regarding projects.
• Designing and engineering structure drawings in one of our modular metal systems.
• Recommending stock art, iconography, and font usage.
• Present creative solution options to clients based on the Client’s creative vision, expectations, budget, and objectives.
• Availability for design requests during non-standard business hours and produce design options in a short turnaround.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years of experience in structural work in AutoCAD – tradeshow experience is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in 3D modeling and rendering – experience with 3S Max is a plus.
• Proven experience in the production of high-quality photorealist renderings.
• Experience working as part of a team, taking on multiple high-profile projects, and working extended hours and potentially weekends.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and often offers short execution time.
• Proven time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to do clear presentations both in person and virtually.
• Availability to travel when needed.
