As part of the FOH team, you will be crossed trained to be the Expeditor & Counter Person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with kitchen staff and Culinary Director
• Maintain expertise of each concept and its various menu items.
• Process orders quickly and prioritizes out-going orders to ensure no orders are lost, forgotten, or delayed.
• Manage multiple to-go orders at one time, with precision
• Facilitate orders and maintain top-notch quality control
• Keep the expo line & counter area clean and organized at all times
• Ability to cross-train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
• Communicate with Culinary Director on product needs/inventory.
• Liaison to staff to ensure a steady workflow with multiple lines of service.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures
• Monitor the overall cleanliness of the restaurant
• May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Assist with any additional duties assigned

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
