We are looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to provide dedicated full-cycle recruiting support and strategy for a broad range of roles across our organization. You’ll cultivate a strong talent pipeline through creative sourcing techniques and serve as a talent partner to hiring managers, exuding passion and expertise.

Who you will be working with: This role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition, a leader with 20+ years of recruiting in the transportation industry. We are a fun, diverse group of recruiters who collaborate and celebrate everyone’s wins!

Where you’ll work: Our corporate office at 725 Opportunity Drive, St. Cloud, MN. Conveniently located off I-94. This position is onsite and we offer 1 day a week work-remote after the training period.

What will you be doing?

· Full cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles, both exempt and non-exempt in Accounting, Finance, Administration, IT/IS and many more.

· Source candidates utilizing advanced talent matching skills while also innovating new ways to attract talent

· Consult with hiring managers on recruiting strategy and advise on hiring/talent market trends and recruiting best practices

· Manage candidate experience

· Cultivate strong, trusting relationships at all levels throughout the organization

· Support reporting and metrics needs along with feedback

· Network with qualified candidates to build a pipeline

What are we searching for?

· Higher education and 3-5 years of talent acquisition, HR, and/or interviewing experience or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

· Proven ability to effectively communicate and effectively sell ATS value proposition

· Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws and recruitment/employment programs.

· Prior in-house and/or agency experience strongly preferred

· Results-driven professional with ability to set and manage candidate and hiring manager expectations
