We are seeking an all-star salesperson to join our collaborative, competitive & fun team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, client success or customer service. This is a high volume inbound, inside sales role, so the ideal candidate must have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals, an excellent memory for both products and client specifics, and enthusiasm for working with a small, “everybody counts” team. Special consideration will be given to candidates with industry-related experience.

This position requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented person, who has the confidence to work with and represent the TeamBonding Team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sell to an established and expanding customer base
  • Establish and grow relationships with key corporate account decision-makers
  • Log and report activity through a cloud-based CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Provide quotes, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients
  • Develop an understanding of all 150+ TeamBonding programs

  • Consistent with performing measurable and effective sales tasks
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent follow-up skills
  • Great communicator over the phone, face-to-face, and with written correspondence
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM

This is a well-paid position with a competitive salary and commission structure. A strong candidate will be earning commissions immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
