Job description
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. The starting salary range represents the College’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
Pay Grade: A7
4 years of related experience with 3 years of experience in dental care.
Current Licensed Hygienist and ability to obtain Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Dentist (DDS).
Demonstrated skill in training program design.
Ability to plan, organize and manage time.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with a wide variety of individuals coming from diverse backgrounds.
Knowledge of current software applications.
Experience in curriculum development and learning assessment.
Demonstrated competency in strategic planning.
Ability to use and apply alternative instructional delivery systems to enhance learning.
Current Certified Dental Assistant
Experience with Accreditation, CODA
Experience in running a dental clinic functions.
