Core Responsibilities
- Office Hybrid model – in office 3 days, work from home 2 days per week – subject to change as needs of the business.
- Answer phone calls/emails from property teams – provide correct and complete information regarding contractual services. Log and assign ECM tickets to resolve quickly.
- Act with urgency on all property customer concerns regarding service-related issues and exposed wiring/lock box repair.
- CSG biller knowledge preferred. Navigates through multiple systems to build orders.
- Ensure contracts meet all submission criteria and compliance requirements and approve or reject contracts as appropriate.
- Review contract and validate services with customer to ensure accuracy.
- Serve as primary contact with identified customer and vendor/VAR along with in-house maintenance, technical operations, and construction.
- Work with various levels of sales, operations, engineering, and other functional groups to ensure order flows appropriately.
- Meet scorecard productivity/quality metrics.
- Work on projects as assigned.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Work when needed nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime.
