Job description
SUMMARY : Under the general direction of the Food Service Director and/or Kitchen Manager, prepares foods needed for all departmental feeding responsibilities. Serves the trayline and follows established sanitation procedures.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE : 2 years experience in therapeutic cooking; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Previous experience with high volume production.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES : Ability to speak, read and write English is required and ability to speak Spanish is desirable. Skill with dealing with the elderly is required.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
