Y-Not Stop Cook must:- Communicate politely to customers and team members.
- Prep, fry, grill and or bake food items.
- Follow recipes and portion controls.
- Maintain safe and clean equipment.
- Stock food items, merchandise, and supplies.
- Serve from our hot box.
- Keep customers’ needs first in all tasks.
- Seek out opportunities to improve our customer experience.
- Encourage other team members.
- Accept coaching from Managers.
- Prior experience in food service or retail preferred.
- Current, valid Responsible Vendor Certification required (within 45 days of hire).
- Food Safety Certification a plus.
