Laurel Parc seeks a Full Time, experienced Cook to join our culinary team and offers a low-pressure, professional kitchen where work-life balance is possible!

Schedules Available: FT 11:30am - 7:30pm

Our food & beverage team are off work by 7:30 pm each night.

Pay Range: $19.75 - $20.25 DOE

JOB DUTIES

• Understanding of culinary terms, techniques & safety
• Some proficiency in kitchen operations & equipment
• Completes inventory, stocking & ordering of items
• Ensures presentation of food items adhere to guidelines.
• Follows recipes, scales ingredients and uses proper kitchen techniques when preparing resident meals.
• Ensures kitchen runs efficiently by completing prep cooking as needed.
• Keeps kitchen and work stations clean and sanitary.
• Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
• Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
• Displays excellent communication including ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
