ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Obtain agreements and supporting documentation from various departments or facilities
  • Work with Facility CEOs to execute Corporate Financial Disclosure Questionnaires for all vendors
  • Perform Federal Exclusion Checks for all vendors
  • Maintain detailed and organized audit file for each contract which includes original contract, all correspondence, amendments and other required documents
  • Manage contracts within the Ariba Contract Management System
  • Effectively track approvals and correspondence
  • Build, manage and effectively utilize reports and data extracted from Ariba Contract Management System
  • Ensure that contractors are in compliance with legal requirements, Corporate specifications and all relevant government regulations
  • Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate departments and executives regarding contract requirements, status, etc.
  • Ensure contract execution in accordance with Corporate policy
  • Participate in weekly Ariba Town Hall web conferencing
  • Become and maintain expert level proficiency in Ariba Contract Management system

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of six (6) months experience in customer or client services

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • A strong knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software and Database software
  • Proficient in Excel; ability to manage data files in Excel
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail

PREFERRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, or Computer Science
  • Experience in using Access and other database tools. Ability to manage files, create and maintain database must be demonstrated.
  • Experience in managing Electronic Contract Management Systems
  • Experience in customer service with hospitals and other corporate stakeholders with contract management systems
