  • We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead performance improvement within assigned areas of the factory, thus positively impacting business shape, minimizing waste, and delivering excellent business results.

  • The Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer is an active member of our triad organization, working in partnership with (People) and (Asset) to deliver results for their area. She/He will develop and execute all CI activities for his/her area through MSE/TPM.

  • The Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for building the skills of the operational teams. She/He strives to eliminate waste through the application of rigorous, data-driven, problem-solving daily processes.

  • The Continuous Improvement Engineer will own the data integrity and Standard Running Condition (SRC) process for their area.

  • The CI Engineer addresses the root causes of failures and downtime. She/He links the outage, root cause, DMS failure, and action in the plan for the day with the ultimate goal of eliminating losses permanently.

  • The CI engineer uses data to guide decision making.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level, preferably in an Engineering discipline.

  • You’ll holds self and others accountable to meet commitments.

  • You’ll make good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.

  • You’ll make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.

  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply (manufacturing)

  • TPM/WCM/Lean six sigma experience is preferred.


What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Develop basic technical capability on their lines (machine and material interface)

  • Health of SRC system: Leads identification of centerline targets, documentation of standards, and coaches the Line Team and technicians through the execution, problem solving and change management.

  • Supports development and leads execution of portions of the 90-Day improvement plan to deliver the glidepath through loss elimination.

  • You’ll conduct time and motion studies to identify opportunities to improve worker efficiency.

  • Lead basic problem solving when issues occurs, escalate complicated problems through the right forums and to the relevant teams

  • You’ll develop or implement programs to address problems related to production, materials, safety, or quality.

  • You’ll modify equipment or processes to improve resource or cost efficiency.
