What You'll Do

• Active participation in department improvements to increase efficiency
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or assigned at any time with or without notice
• Able to take direction and work independently while executing on schedule
• Can effectively prioritize and adapt in a complex, fast-paced office environment
• Required computer skills include word processing, spreadsheet functions and database up-keep
• Knowledge of construction industry, payroll terminology and practices
• Run, sort and process Certified Payroll Reports in MyProjects Software weekly
• Tracks spend for budget, CER, Expense, and other items

What You'll Need

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Driven individual with honesty and integrity
• Strong client facing skills with a consultative mindset and ability to effectively problem solve
• Ability to use MS Word and MS Excel
• Bilingual Spanish preferred

Your Education

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
