Tekko Enterprises, Inc., is Utah based Company privately owned General Contractor specializing in Industrial, commercial, Mining, steel erection, and Government construction projects.

We are looking for a dedicated Superintendent with experience in commercial construction with a government project background. We are a Utah Base company, with ongoing and previous projects in Nevada, Idaho, and Arizona. We are looking for someone that has excellent time management skills and ambitious leadership goals. This position is based in the Boise Idaho area

Job Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

• work closely with the procurement team in managing the budget for supplies, and materials.
• Oversee Subcontractors and Vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage schedule
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed on job sites.
• Conduct weekly project meetings and site safety meetings
• Knowledge of construction sequencing and ability to create a 2-week “look ahead” and overall project schedule.
• Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity and recognized value engineer
• Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other written instructions and diagrams.
• Communicate any problems or obstacles to Senior Management.
• Responsible for submitting JAS and submitting site team time sheets.
• Knowledge of Government forms and applications

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in construction supervising
• Must be able to pass a government background
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
