One of California’s Premier General Contractors is eager to discuss opportunities in Southern California. Live in Southern California, work in Southern California. This is a long-term, direct hire opportunity where all jobs are local so travel is not required for this role.

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager who is proficient in managing Large Projects with experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences (TI and Ground Up). There are many upsides to working for this company that include working locally on innovative projects, high visibility, upward mobility, job stability with a strong backlog, and having a seat at the table.

Willing to make the money work for the right candidate (up to $200K) but the target base salary for this position is $150K to $180K+ DOE with a 20%+ bonus component, 3 weeks PTO, vehicle allowance, gas card, phone, tablet, paid holidays, and many other health and savings options for individual and family care.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Life Science: 2 years (Required)
• Healthcare Construction: 2 years (Required)
• Project Management: 4 years (Required)
