About the position

As a Project Manager, you will assist with managing commercial and industrial construction projects from cradle to grave. You must be able to handle and develop relationships with owners, engineers, and architects as well as the project team: Project Admins, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents and Senior Project Management as well as other company staff. This is a a results-oriented role with the expectation that you can effectively manage a small portfolio of clients and grow into Senior Project Manager.

Qualifications

5+ years in commercial or light industrial construction with experience on $10M+ projects

Steel projects/projects over $30 million dollars experience (a plus)

Estimating or field experience (a plus)

BS in Construction Management or related field (strongly preferred)

Pay: $95,000.00 - $145,832.97 per year
