We are currently seeking applicants for the following position:

Position: Construction Laborer

Reports to: Structures Manager

Location: Wysox, PA

Job Brief:

A Construction Laborer will do physical labor in warehouse and on construction sites. This may include preparing the site, unloading materials, removing hazards, running equipment, disassembling or assembling scaffolding and other temporary structures, erecting insulated panel buildings and metal buildings.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work indoors and outdoors during all seasons
• Working at various heights with a harness in a man basket
• Use ladders safely to perform job duties
• Fabricating insulated panels
• Utilize a variety of power tools including drill press, miter saw, impact drill, sawzall and grinder
• Attend weekly tailgate meetings
• Conduct on site fleet and equipment inspections and JSA s
• Attend monthly safety meetings
• Maintain professionalism on location
• Promote all Control Tech divisions on and off job site
• Assist other Control Tech divisions as needed

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of construction, including running power tools and reading a tape measurer
• Valid drivers license
• Must be 18 years of age

Schedule:

• 8 - 12 hour shift, depending on workload
• Monday to Friday with flexibility to work weekends as needed
