Schedule: Monday though Friday, Full-Time

Summary:

This position requires the ability to work closely with the Construction Manager, coordinators, and other members of the leadership team to meet company objectives as well as the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in a fast-paced ever-changing environment. The coordinator will provide overall leadership direction to a portfolio of projects, including the management of project quality, timeliness, safety, as well as mentoring the project team. They will also develop and enhance customer relationships by providing excellent service. Organization, flexibility, outstanding customer focus and strong communication are critical in performing duties which include, but are not limited to manage the overall financial health of projects, manage all resources required for an effective and efficient construction function, and continuous improvement and relationship building with field crew, office personnel, and various branch locations.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

BS degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field from an accredited college or five (5) years of directly related experience is preferred.
