Construction Accountant
Job description
My client, a well established construction company with offices in Miami, is looking for a construction/project accountant due to growth and expansion. This is a newly created role that reports directly to the controller/CFO and oversees day to day and project accounting. Responsibilities
- Complete AIA forms/billing
- Manage project accounting and percentage of completion for assigned projects
- Prepare monthly reporting for management
- Various related responsibilities
Requirement
- Bachelors degree a plus bot not required
- 5+ years of project accounting experience
- Experience within a construction company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
