$41-$48/ hr (based on experience)

Day to Day Responsibilities of this Position and Description of Project:
The Configuration Analyst, Principal reporting to the Salesforce Center of Excellence –Manager, will play a key role in the digital transformation of Blue Shield of California. This hands-on role will be accountable for developing solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, user requirements and organizational goals.

• Lead the implementation of the end-to-end business solution, including all areas of configuration and partner with IT on interfaces, extracts, or extensions
• Be accountable for Salesforce complex configuration and overall testing of the most complex system and configuration elements and produces test script documents to support testing outcomes
• Leverages agile methodology and skill in business solution design to drive business requirements workshops and story writing
• Develop the most complex Salesforce configuration methodology to support solution selection and develops documented solutions and processes using appropriate documentation protocols
• Continually evaluate and analyze complex Salesforce applications and business processes cross-functionally; analyze system business impacts and risks; make recommendations for improvements and modifications to ensure optimum functioning of implemented systems
• Import data into Salesforce as
• Provide day-to-day Salesforce configuration guidance to requirements gathering sessions, while gaining deep functional/business operations knowledge, application configuration, information management, and operational support
• Conduct testing to validate platform is functioning as expected
• Document requirements and changes made on platform
• Support the management of Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups needed
• Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $41.00 - $48.00 per hour
