Provident Hotels & Resorts are looking to hire a full-time Condo Accounting Manager to work at our main office in Clearwater, FL. Candidates must have prior experience in condo accounting with a strong accounts receivable and accounts payables background.

An ideal candidate is someone who is detailed-oriented, a self-starter with accounting experience, and with excellent customer service skills. We are looking for candidates who have the ability to resolve problems and challenges in a timely and efficient manner while keeping up with company policies and practices.

Qualifications:

· Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management/condo accounting.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is highly preferred.

· Condo Association Manager License (CAM) highly preferred.

· Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

· Knowledge of chart of accounts.

· Knowledge of GL coding.

· Knowledge of insurance prepaid schedules.

· Candidate must know how to read basic financial reports (Balance sheet, Income statement, Aging).

· Solid time-management skills, one who can organize workloads and follow deadlines. Must have the ability to multi-task while also paying attention to detail and work closely with various departments in a fast-paced environment, performing duties with accuracy and in a timely manner.

· Data Entry experience is a must.

· Must have high proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

· TOPS/Great Plains systems are a plus but not a must.

· Must be a team player, reliable and organized.

· Must be professional energetic and positive.

· Must have strong administrative, customer service and financial experience.

· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Must be able to meet and report deadlines.

· English proficiency both verbally and written is a requirement, and Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities:

You will conduct full cycle accounting functions for a portfolio of condo hotel properties, working closely with property and regional managers on all financial matters. In addition, you are to provide accurate and timely financial information to internal departments, condo association boards, unit owners and external auditors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61,458.72 - $68,400.37 per year
